How to Clean Bone Saw Machine

 

Instruction


 

1.

PPE Requirement

 

●          Plastic Apron

●          Rubber Hand Gloves


 

2.  Materials Required

 

●          Manual Hand Dish washing Liquid

●          Scrubbing Pad

●          Scrubber

●          Quat base sanitizer

●          Tissue

 

Procedure

 

Step 1

●          Wear all required PPEs(Safety Shoes, Mask, Gloves, Goggles etc.)

●          Switch off/Plug out the machine

●          Remove all the removable parts(Work bench, Bone pan, Blade etc.)

●          Soak the removable items with manual dishwashing liquid

●          Scrub with pad all the parts and Rinse with fresh Water

●          Wipe By Towel or Tissue

●          Sanitize with sanitizer all the parts and leave them to dry.

 

Step 2

●          Apply the Dish washing Solution  to Machine body.

●          Scrub nicely at Body, Top wheel, Bottom wheel, Base etc.

●          Rinse With fresh water

●          Wipe by towel

●          Sanitize with Sanitiser

 

 

Step 3

●          Set all the removed Parts

●          Check and Practical Check.

 

MONITORING

●          Monitor Cleaning and Sanitizing checklist

 

 

 

Control Point

●          Make sure machine is working

 

Safety

●          Rinse and dry hands after  use

Creating an online discussion or meeting so that we are able to gather inputs from community or association. We should have our own forum where we able to gather data And setting up base for all Stewarding Industry. I had been in developing SOP since early 2000's so had been in various conditions of developing standards for Stewarding. So the more the merrier with ideas and input from other experts.
