Cleaning is the process of removing unwanted substance from surface.

Cleaning occurs in many different methods such:

Washing

Dry Cleaning

Wet Cleaning 

 

Cleaning in Degreaser area: 

Cleaning is Remove the dirty from surface and Ready to use.

 

Cleaning Step: Every cleaning step should contain six step  such as: 

Pre Clean : Removing the extra dirty/food particles from the surface before passing to main clean.

Main Clean: Scrub off with detergent  or recommended chemical.

Rinse : Rinse after act Main Clean.

Disinfection: Sanitize / Disinfect the surface with correct Disinfect chemical at right PPM.

Rinse: After disinfect should wash/rinse with fresh water/wipe out.

Dry/Air Dry: Drying is safe way to keep good condition the surface.
